Edwardian Villa Extended Half As Much Again

I have had dealings with a family who bought an already rather spacious Edwardian town villa just outside a midlands city.    The house was double fronted with four rooms each on the ground and upper floor.  This was changed over the years to knock through both dividing walls downstairs to make two massive long rooms, one becoming a huge fitted kitchen and childrens’ lounge, playroom.  The other became the main sitting room with a dining table and chairs at the other with patio doors to the garden.  An fantastic extension has now added a huge sun room across the back leading through to 2 guest bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom between and a brand new utility room.  There’s also now a master bedroom suite above the double length garage.   The design work on the project was fantastic – energy saving, noise reducing and fire proof plaster boarding throughout;  economy under floor heating and the best insulation money could buy.   A real gem!
